RATES

The rates of hire include the free shuttle service by "train-bus"(july and august only), water, electricity, gas, the swimming-pool, parking for one car on the pitch. This is up to a maximum of 4 persons in a 3 meter wide and for a maximum of 6 persons in a 3,50 - 4 meters. Each additional person has to reserve in advance a separated pitch and pay the campsite' rates.

What to take: In order to fully enjoy the campsite facilities, we advise you to bring rackets and ping-pong balls, and plastic balloons (leather balloons are not permitted in the multisports centre and balloons are prohibited in the swimming-pool). Boxer shorts are banned in the pool, and swimming trunks and swimming shorts are only admitted. If you rent a mobile-home, please also remember to bring a parasol for the beach, sheets, pillowcases, drawsheets, household linen (tea towels, towels) and cleaning products. If you bring a TV set, do not forget to take an indoor antenna.   

  HOURS

Reception :
In July and August : The reception is open from 8 am. to 12.30 pm and from 1.30 pm until 7.30 p.m. on Saturdays and from 8 a.m. - 2.00 p.m. and from 3.30 p.m. - 7.00 p.m. on other days. In low season : From 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m to 6 p.m. Closed on Sunday. Arrival possible during the week in low season.

The Bookings :
In July and August takes effect from the Saturday (day of arrival) at 2.30 p.m.
to the following Saturday at 10 am. In case of early arrival, you may have to wait until your mobile home is prepared. If you are going to be late (after 7 pm), please phone and let us know. After 11 pm till 7. 30 am, you will have to park your car at the entrance because the barrier is closed.

  DELAY / CANCELLATION

DELAYS / CANCELLATIONS: In case of delay, you are advised to notify us so that the holiday home or pitch is kept for you until the following day 6pm. After that time, we reserve the right to relet the holiday home or pitch, and retain all deposits paid.

No discount will be allowed in case of late arrival or early departure. We strongly recommend that you take out an insurance policy for cancellation and curtailment. You must indicate this insurance on the Booking Form.

If you decide not to purchase this insurance, you undertake not to receive any refund in case of cancellation or curtailment of your holiday. Please read carefully our Booking Conditions and exclusion cases on the back of the Booking Form and on our website.      

  DEPOSIT

 SECURITY/CLEANING DEPOSIT: A detailed inventory listing the equipment, and stating the state and condition of cleanliness of the accommodation is drawn up upon arrival.

A deposit of €70 to be paid by cheque or in cash will be required on your day of arrival and will be returned after the inventory on your day of departure provided that there is no damage and the accommodation is left in a clean and tidy condition. The campsite is entitled to withhold the sum of €30 if the mobile-home or caravan will need additional cleaning if it is left in an unsatisfactory condition.

If you do not wish to do the cleaning on the day of your departure, we provide a €20 package which does not include the washing-up, and cleaning of the stains on the sofa beds, blankets, mattresses and curtains.

  PAYMENT

The balance of the rental charge and the visitor's tax must be paid on your arrival.

  RESERVATION

REGULATIONS :
The reservation is for the named persons only.A deposit is required with the return of the hire contract. Bookings are personal and are not transferable to another party. Only the persons registered on the booking Form can be accepted.
Person under 18 years of age not accompanied by at least one parent will not be allowed on the premises.
Safety of children is the responsibility of parents.
The swimming pool is not supervised.
All persons on the Campsite must respect the Campsite and Safety Regulations.
The management reserves the right to expel a resident without paying any indemnity or compensation in case of failure to abide by parc rules or for a conduct that is detrimental to the wellbeing or comfort of other campsite visitors.

SHUTTLE SERVICE :
We remind you that the campsite proposes the free shuttle service "trainbus" in July and August.
It is necessary to send a passport photo of each person in advance (with name and surname),
for the season ticket. A photo is not necessary for children under 4 years old. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Luggage and puschchairs are payable on the train.

  MOBIL HOME DESCRIPTION

- A kitchen equipped with a fridge, cooker, micro-wave and crockery. 
- A bathroom with shower, sink, toilet.
- A bedroom with a double bed. A second bedroom with 2 single beds.
- A dining area inside and outside on the pitch. Some convertible seats.

Each mobile home is equipped with crockery, blankets, pillows and garden furniture. You will have to bring sheets, fitted-sheet and pillowcases.

In the campsite, you have to use collective barbeque or you could bring your own gas barbeque.
